Data Protection

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name or e-mail address) is collected on my site, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis and exclusively for the purpose stated in each case. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of the contact data published in the legal notice by third parties for sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby expressly prohibited. The operator of the site expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam e-mails.

Collection of access data and log files
On the basis of her legitimate interests within the meaning of Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR, the operator collects data on every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.

For security reasons (e.g. to investigate abuse or fraud), log file information is stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidential purposes is excluded from deletion until final clarification of the respective incident.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files which, as soon as you visit a website, are sent to your browser from a web server and stored locally on your end device (PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone etc.).

Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for the cookie. It consists of a string of characters that allows websites and servers to be assigned to the specific web browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the websites and servers visited to distinguish the individual browser of the person concerned from other web browsers that contain other cookies. A specific web browser can be recognized and identified by the unique cookie ID.

You can consent to or reject cookies – also for web tracking purposes – via the settings of your web browser. You can configure your browser so that the acceptance of cookies is refused in principle or you are informed in advance if a cookie is to be stored. In this case the functionality of the website may be impaired. Your browser also offers a function to delete cookies. This is possible in all common web browsers.

Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Fonts is used without authentication and no cookies are sent to the Google Fonts API. If you have an account with Google, none of your Google account information is submitted to Google while using Google Fonts. Google only records your use of CSS and the fonts you use and stores this information securely. You can find more information about these and other questions at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq?tid=211090132.
You can find out what information Google collects and how that information is used at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps of the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). By using the functions of this map, data is transferred to Google. You can find out what information Google collects and how that information is used at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP-anonymisation on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

As an alternative to the browser plugin, you can click here to prevent Google Analytics from recording data on this website in the future. In doing so, an opt-out cookie will be stored on your end device. If you delete your cookies, you will have to click the link again.

Google Analytics IP anonymisation
On this website, the IP address anonymization of Google Analytics is implemented. This function was developed by Google so that this website can comply with the applicable data protection regulations and recommendations of local data protection authorities if they prohibit the storage of the complete IP address. The anonymization or masking of the IP takes place as soon as the IP addresses arrive in the Google Analytics data collection network and before the data is saved or processed. You can find more information on IP anonymisation at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=de.

Secure data transmission TLS encryption
Your personal data is securely transmitted on this website through encryption. This also applies to your inquiries. The coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is used. Furthermore, this website is secured by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons.

Contact
I offer you on my site the possibility to contact me by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user (name, e-mail address, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing the request. The data will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may have been collected by other components of my site will also not take place.

Information, deletion, blocking
You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions regarding personal data, you can contact the website operator at any time via the address given in this legal notice.
